    Welcome grades K-6 Blue Jays!

     Elem.PE

     It's that time of year again! I'm so excited for the 21'-22' school year. This year I will be teaching Elementary Physical Education grades K-6, I'm so excited!

     Please read over the letter that will be sent home the first week as it will contain important information!

    Whitesville families-

    Please make sure your student has a pair of sneakers for PE class everyday.  As we move into the winter months students will be wearing boots more often, please make sure our students are prepared and ready to move safely. Crocs are not safe to move in while in PE.

    We had a blast this first quarter, we have covered:

    -Locomotor skills

    -Manipulative skills

    -Grouping and Pairing

    -Hula-Hoop/forward & backwards roll

    -Aerobic games

    -Chasing and fleeing

    -Football

    -Soccer

    Our 2nd Quarter was FANTASTIC! We covered:

    -Catching

    -Underhnad Toss

    -Underhand Roll

    -Basketball

    -Volleying and Striking

    -Dance: Folk, Square, Modern, Hip-Hop

    -Winter Wonderland Games

    -Snoeshoeing

    -Jump Rope

    -Speed Stacker (Fine motor skills)

    -Winter Olympics

    Our 3rd Quarter is under way! We are covering:

    -Underhand Rolling (Bowling)

    -Scoops/Milk Jugs

    -Overhand Throwing

    -Underhand Throwing

    -Softball

    -Archery (4th & 6th-8th)

    -Lacrosse

    -Oreenteering
