🍽March is National Nutrition Month with the theme of "Beyond the Table".🍽 Kids like to snack, and snacking can play an important role in meeting kids' nutrient needs. 🍎Choosing a variety of foods will give them the energy they need between meals. It helps to plan out snacks in advance -- kids only need 2 or 3 snacks daily between meals. Avoid snacking while playing on electronic devices or watching tv as it leads to mindless eating.
